More than 15 years ago, some very passionate professionals from the Philadelphia area got together and had an idea—wouldn’t it be great to connect local businesswomen for networking and professional development? Thus, the Women’s Leadership Forum of Greater Philadelphia was born.
Each year since those founding women got together, we celebrate Women’s History Month with an annual program, as well as foster connection throughout the year with additional events and online content. Our goal is to provide women with key professional insights that enable successful careers—from being politically savvy and honing agility and resilience, to effectively managing one’s brand and cultivating a healthy work-life relationship.
The mission of the Women’s Leadership Forum of Greater Philadelphia is to advance the development, growth and sustainability of women’s networks and initiatives in companies throughout the Greater Philadelphia region by sharing their professional insight, supporting other networks, and influencing the companies on diverse issues.
