Ten years ago, some very passionate business women from the Philadelphia area got together and had an idea - wouldn't it be great to connect local business women in the Philadelphia area for networking and professional development? And so the Women's Leadership Forum of Greater Philadelphia was born.
Each year since those founding women got together, we celebrate Women’s History Month with a wide range of programs. Every event is about providing women with professional insights to be successful
in their careers, be it from being political savvy, to being resilient,
to managing their brand.
The mission of the Women’s Leadership Forum of Greater Philadelphia is to advance the development, growth and sustainability of women’s networks and initiatives in companies throughout the Greater Philadelphia region by sharing their professional insight, supporting other networks, and influencing the companies on diverse issues.

Create local networking opportunities across industries to exchange information, ideas and resources
