Meet the team

Deanna Drnevich


Deanna is a Managing Director in Strategic Risk Management for Deloitte. She previously served as Senior Manager in Strategic Risk Management for Deloitte LLP. She previously served in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Practice for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Deanna has more than 10 years of professional experience providing auditing, accounting and advisory services to public and private financial services companies with a particular emphasis on mortgage banking companies and community banks. She is active in Deloitte’s Greater Philadelphia Women’s Initiative. Deanna is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the PICPA. She resides in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.

Stephanie Eggert

Vice President

Stephanie Eggert is a chemical engineering graduate from Lehigh University. She works as the Director of Optimization & Planning for Philadelphia Energy Solutions. Stephanie has over ten years of Refining Industry experience in Process Engineering roles, corporate roles, Optimization department, and consulting business. Stephanie has a passion for Women’s leadership and was involved in reestablishing the PES Women’s Leadership Network. Stephanie recently completing a term as co-chair of the Marketing & Communications committee and is excited to develop into the role as Vice President.

Aimee Rosenbaum

Treasurer and Secretary

Aimee Rosenbaum is an Audit & Assurance Senior for Deloitte & Touche LLP and a member of the AICPA and PICPA. She is an accounting graduate from the University of Pittsburgh where she held an active leadership role in the University’s Women in Business organization during her tenure. Prior to her role as treasurer, Aimee held the position as a programming committee co-chair for two years. During that time, she enjoyed helping plan the WLF’s annual event as well as the Q3 event. Aimee is excited to continue to help connect women throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and provide them with opportunities to better themselves and their communities.

Kaphesia Jones

Programming Committee

Kaphesia Jones is a dynamic and savvy IT Leader with 20 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. She currently leads a team of 30 Business Analysts in the Business Technology Services (Project Management Office (PMO) at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, PA. In her role as PMO manager she champions many initiatives that support project delivery, professional development and overall PMO process improvements.

In addition to her corporate responsibility, Kaphesia is an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives. She currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Women of Independence Associate Resource Group which is the largest Associate Resource Group at Independence Blue Cross with over 430 members. Kaphesia is passionate about volunteering in the community, mentoring youth and collaborating to empower women navigating Corporate America especially in the STEM related fields. Kaphesia began her career as a developer and has held several positions with increasing responsibility in the Healthcare Industry. She earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and received her Executive MBA from Saint Joseph University.

Emily Levitin

Programming Committee

Emily Levitin is the Business Manager for Deloitte LLP's internal marketing agency. She has a background in finance, analytics, strategy and operations with experience supporting multiple businesses areas including Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, Marketing, and Investment Management. She has an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Outside of work, Emily loves to travel and get lost in nature.

Elena Smirnova

Programming Committee

Elena Smirnova is an Audit & Assurance Senior in Investment Management Group within Financial Services Industry at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She serves as a Lead Audit Senior on a variety of registered investment companies (“RICs”), non-RICs, and Private Equity audit engagements for the clients across the U.S. and Cayman Islands. She has 4+ years of work experience in providing audit services with respect to accounting and financial reporting compliance. She holds a BSBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from the State of Pennsylvania.

In addition to her work at Deloitte, Elena is actively involved in community initiatives: she serves as a Treasurer on the Board of the Enchantment Theater Company, leads annual Deloitte Impact Day projects for the William Way LGBT Community Center since 2017, and acts as an ambassador for Career Wardrobe leading annual clothing drives to collect professional clothing donations from Deloitte offices within Greater Philadelphia Area.

Taylor Seward

Membership Committee

Taylor Seward is an Associate Relationship Manager with PNC’s Business Banking Group. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she studied Marketing and Organizational Leadership. Her career at PNC began as an intern and then she transitioned into their Retail Development Program upon graduation. Along with what a normal day on the job entails, Taylor enjoys serving as Secretary on one of PNC’s local employee resource groups and volunteering with their “Grow up Great!” program. Taylor is looking forward to networking with strong women in the greater Philadelphia area and helping others do the same.

Tiffany Thomas

Membership Committee

Tiffany Thomas is a project leader with Independence Blue Cross (Independence), one of the nation’s leading health insurers. In this role, she acts as a liaison between internal client groups and the Creative and Marketing Communications teams of the company. With more than 10 years of experience in health care, Tiffany uses her vast knowledge and background to communicate the company’s brand messaging strategy and manage the development and execution of various enterprise-wide projects, resulting in high-quality and effective materials that support the communication and marketing efforts of the company.

In addition, Tiffany is an active member of various associate resource groups at Independence, and regularly participates in professional development, networking, and community outreach opportunities. Outside of work, Tiffany is passionate about making a difference in the community through volunteering with the Blue Crew, Independence’s corporate volunteer program.

Tiffany received her undergraduate degree in marketing from Hampton University. She also earned a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on organizational leadership, from Wilmington University.

Marquita Earle

Marquita Earle is a versatile innovative results-oriented IT Professional and Project Leader with a growth mindset and over 15 years of experience in Information Technology across diverse industries who currently works at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, PA. She thrives as a creative problem solver with the ability to lead change in challenging and fast-paced environments and understands needs and approaches projects from a customer centric mindset. As the customer centric mindset is about providing a positive experience ultimately for the customer or person, she too likes to provide positive experiences for people. Marquita is a volunteer and mentor in the community and with youth, lead a committee for a women’s organization and is a past president of a professional speaking and leadership organization where she rebranded the club and increased active membership by 80% during her tenure. She has a passion for growth through professional and personal development and learning for both herself and others.

Carolyn Finney

External Affairs Committe

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Carolyn ensures projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope. Currently working as a Senior Analyst at Independence Blue Cross (Independence) in the Sales and Marketing Division, she manages infrastructure, collateral content, and reporting for internal and external sales and marketing communication channels. Carolyn has experience managing people as well as projects and has successfully managed a staff of 30 associates within the Operations area, and serves as a project manager for web/digital Creative Services projects. She is the Communications Chair for the iLEAD (Inspiring, Lifting, and Empowering the African Diaspora) Associate Resource Group at Independence, and is the musical director/instructor of the Independence corporate chorus, the Sounds of Independence. Carolyn also volunteers with the Delaware County Veterans Memorial Association where she serves as the principal vocalist.

Carolyn is a member of International Institute of Business Analysis, The Society for the Advancement of Management, Toastmasters International, POWER Philadelphia, The Urban League of Philadelphia, Women of Independence, iLEAD, and Future Blue Leaders.

Jeannette Adorante

External Affairs Committee

Jeannette Adorange is a results-oriented Technology and Software Manager with 15+ years of experience providing support and leadership while managing the inter-relationship between various departments within highly complex organizational structures. She has a superior record of optimizing large-scale, mission-critical projects on time while exceeding quality assurance expectations and is recognized as a trusted, logistical, resource with a history of making key decisions regarding projects, teams, and application support functions. Jeannette is experienced in the strategic detail planning, execution, and leadership of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, which support business goals, deliver continuous improvement, and enhances productivity levels. She provides strategy and direction to application development teams that support business functions, oversees development of best practices documentation for major activities and tasks, and coaches others on appropriate delivery tools and platform to support the business needs.

She builds high performing teams by creating engaged diverse teams. As the co-chair of Technology and Innovation Diversity and Inclusion, Jeannette provide teams with continuous opportunities, forums, and processes. Given our fast-paced virtual world, collaboration practices and tools must be thought out with large and distributed teams in mind. When a team sees value in working together as the common goal gives them a meaningful reason to work together, along with receiving mutual benefits for the company as well as the team. Collaboration provides every team member with equal opportunities to participate and communicate their ideas. Additionally, collaboration enables team members to come together on a common platform and work towards the achievement of a common goal by thinking, brainstorming, and offering various perspectives to provide solutions. Jeannette make sure everyone has an idea, together we collaborate and provide the best solution for all.

Sam Colloi

Marketing & Communications Committee

Samantha Colloi is a Senior in Deloitte & Touche LLP's Audit and Assurance practice, and focuses specifically within the Real Estate industry. She is a recent graduate from the University of Maryland where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in both accounting and international business, while being a campus chapter co-founder of “Consult Your Community” and being part of the University of Maryland Women’s Basketball program. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and PICPA. Sam is thrilled to be part of such a wonderful organization and eager to provide opportunities to connect women in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Chrystina Cappello

Marketing & Communications Committee

Chrystina Cappello is a Manager in Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP's Advisory Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice, focusing on assisting states and local governments recover after disasters using federal, state, and local grant funding. Her background is in architectural engineering and she is a certified Project Management Professional. Outside of the office, Chrystina is a podcaster and blogger. Her passions include hosting events, connecting cool people, analyzing results of personality tests, and sending snail mail.

Sherrell Ganges

Marketing & Communications Committee

Sherrell W. Ganges is the Vice President of Investment Marketing, for the Asset Management Group, at PNC Bank. With over 19 years of Marketing experience, Sherrell has enjoyed all aspects of Marketing where she strategizes and coordinates webinars, emails, content creation, html pages, social media posts and other special projects for PNC’s high-net-worth clients and prospects. At PNC she enjoys attending events for the Women Connect Employee Business Resource Group, the African American Employee Business Resource Group and volunteering with PNC’s “Grow Up Great!” program.

Outside of work, Sherrell is a member of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and a very active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she is an officer within her chapter. She also serves as a mentor for middle school girls and undergraduate young ladies. Sherrell enjoys networking and volunteering at many events. A Philadelphia native, she graduated from Central High School of Philadelphia, Clarion University of PA (BSBA – Marketing Management), and West Chester University of PA (MBA – Corporate Management).
